I led marketing and communications for Toronto Hydro’s Smart Charging program, overseeing campaign strategy, messaging, and digital outreach to drive awareness and participation in EV managed charging initiatives.
My efforts focused on translating a technical utility program into clear, consumer-friendly value propositions for EV owners, resulting in hundreds of qualified applicants and strong uptake in program interest across the Greater Toronto Area.
I led marketing for the Canadian International AutoShow’s EV Test Drive experiences in Toronto for three consecutive years, helping position the feature as one of the show’s most in-demand attractions.
I oversaw campaign strategy, promotional content, media coordination, and on-site audience engagement for both indoor and outdoor EV test drive tracks, contributing to more than 20,000 EV test drives delivered across the three-year run.
I led marketing and communications for an EV charging consultation program in partnership with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), driving targeted outreach and campaign execution that generated over 100 consultation calls along with a strong pipeline of qualified business leads.
I focused on audience segmentation, digital promotion, and clear value-driven messaging to position the program as a practical entry point for businesses exploring EV charging infrastructure, resulting in high engagement and consistent conversion from interest to booked consultations.
I served as Marketing Lead and advisor to Ivy Charging Network’s product and sales team on the launch of Ivy Home™, supporting the go-to-market strategy and promotional rollout.
I enhanced campaign performance by developing and optimizing social media and e-blast strategies, tracking key KPIs and engagement analytics to refine messaging and improve conversion outcomes.
I led the creation of a pre-launch social media teaser campaign, supported product page development for Ivy Home™, and coordinated closely with cross-functional marketing and communications teams to ensure a cohesive and data-informed product launch.
